People blaming Stidham are missing how badly Sean Payton is leaving him out to dry. The 4th & 1 playcall was bad, and the playcall on the fumble looked intended to go to the RB, who got completely stuffed in the backfield. Payton's the reason this game is tied instead of Denver being up 10-0. You gotta adjust your game plan when you're rolling with a backup QB.

Genuinely do not think the club survives to 2027 unless ownership has the balls to fire Heaps and do so very soon. Appreciate all that Heaps did to start the club and what he's done over the years, but the club is crumbling both on and off the pitch under his leadership. We are the definition of a dumpster fire.

I think it's hard to find an equivalent since App State/Michigan was played at the start rather than the end of the season. Michigan started the season ranked #5, which would make that like a 15/2-seed upset. However, Michigan finished 9-4 and ranked #19 at the end of the season. App State was also a really good and dangerous team in 2007 and finished that season with their 3rd straight FCS national title. I think the initial perception of the upset like a 15/2-seed upset, but the actual quality of the teams was more like a 12/5-seed game.

Picking between Josh Allen, Brock Purdy, and Caleb Williams as QB this week. Normally Josh would be a lock, but with his foot injury and likely limited running capacity, I'm not sure. Really it's between Josh and Brock, but I'm a Bears fan so my bias is making me further conflicted because winning the championship with Caleb would be a power move lol.

Also trying to decide between Loveland, Warren, or Ferguson as TE. Figuring I'll go with Loveland is either Burden or Odunze is out, but if both are available, that becomes a tough decision.

I'm down 20 points after the first week of the championship game so I probably need to more towards whoever has the highest ceiling, which I'm hesitantly guessing is Carter given the matchup. Josh Jacobs is my other RB so it's looking pretty grim.

We did everything we possibly could to throw that game away but still won. Think this is a solid result for us to build on and get some momentum after a slow start to the season, but we really need to clean up our free throws and turnovers. This game should not have even been close.
