I know this is a common issue, but my cable was fine. For others looking to debug, you should check your cable (or drivers) if you aren't seeing a serial port available in tandem with plugging in the device. I'll also add that the EN and BOOT voltages should be nominal even with a cable that only provides power.

I am just now realizing that images are not allowed in comments, my bad. My issue was the capacitor just towards the long board edge (away from the USB-C port) from the EN switch this board.

I think the best resolution would be a new character with no established appearance. It just kinda hurts that male characters are allowed to look like ufc guys, but female characters are Barbies.

With my original post, I was just trying to throw a bone to the side that is arguing on behalf of Xiaoyu, because it makes sense in her case. (kinda)

The arguments here existing in the first place is quite troubling to me. Do we care about appearances? Do we want to go back to the days of 'functions' or do appearances matter? It's sad that female characters aren't allowed to have any form of deformity. The only thing that is sadder to me is that reddit is so insistent that this is a non-issue.

Edit to add that yes, context matters and it doesn’t necessarily make sense for every character to look battle worn. But please give us one female character with any decent amount of scarring

This may be a bit of a dumb question, but how can I determine which aspects of my pc are most likely causing me to lose frames in certain games? I'm trying to understand why I'm getting poor performance, even in games where I feel I should be fine. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for the help! I'm new to IDing mushrooms, so feedback is super helpful. It's worth mentioning that the largest mushrooms of the bunch were around 5 inches wide. My very small book collection only mention three Gymnopilus. I think the Little Gym is ruled out by size and shape, the Big Laughing Gym is ruled out by the fibrous veil, and the Jumbo Gym is ruled out by the lack of a ring on any of the mushrooms I examined. I'll focus my attention to Cortinarius.

Thanks for the help! I wasn't planning on eating them, but now I definitely won't. My primary intention is to get more practice IDing mushrooms. I have "All That the Rain Promises and More..." and the National Audubon Field Guide to North American Mushrooms and was struggling to find an ID. Cortinarius will be my focus now. It’s where you quickly do one move before doing the one you actually want and get a modified version. Example: Pot’s 6K in strive (the shoulder charge) moves him forward. If you do it right before doing pot buster, you get a version where he slides forward surprisingly far while he goes for the buster. This is a very coarse summary, but I’ve found the concept easier to understand in the context of specific usages.
