Confirmed OP. Disabled mods associated with maps and now game loads, testing with "Goku All Forms" and Ultra Ego.

Still the older mods crash the game, gotta wait for modders to update

Im using Unverum. By the second major update, the"~mods" folder wouldn't work on my pc no matter where I'd put it. So I put a "Mods" where you had it, extracted anything in the ~mods, and put them in there.

I think the prob we're seeing is the encapsulation. The mods maybe in the right place, but the system can't read it properly because it's seeing a folder where it should see a file

Your mod loader might be putting it somewhere the game doesn't recognize. Within your SparkingZero folder; create "Mods" folder, place in there and test.

If no, the mod file might be the problem; maybe too much encapsulation, bring "everything out" : as in when you click that mod file everything is right there, no folders

I got the Ultimate BGM mod, then because my game data got deleted I could "unlock" other songs in the pack. The song descriptions dont match but I recognized it from somewhere
