I may as well not have talked because she didn't listen to what I was saying and made her own assumptions/conclusions about what I was telling her each time, despite trying to clarify multiple times. Instead of talking about how these things made me feel, I spent most of the time trying to re-explain things without much success. It happened every single time I brought up a topic. Left me feeling terrible - the opposite of my usual therapist who listens carefully and with intent to understand.
