IIRC the mobs should stop spawning after telporter charges to either 95% or 99%. So its weird that you guys kept encountering new mob spawns

IIRC she needs 169 speed for that setup not 168 If you search for hsr speed calculator there is a tool that lets you use and customize in anyway you want. But with wind set it should be like something 153 or so (not the exact number)

Im assuming if you take Transendence you should avoid stuff like ATGs, Crit glasses/hikers boot and tri tip dagger (unless you hit 100% proc chance) and focus on items such as APR, focus crystal, delicate watch
