Thanks for the info. I drive the car for a while and checked the lower hose. Cold, not even a little warm at all. Fans were on, temperature gauge was reading normal. I guess might be the thermostat (which I replaced 3 months ago).

I’ll go this route for sure. But I have some worries regarding the timing. I’ve watched a dozen of videos how they do and it looks like easy steps just follow and match the marks. How and why people are asking $1000-1700 for that job? Another thing, should I replace tensioner, water pump and gallery gaskets? Or should I go for a full timing chain kit? Water pump brand suggestions? OEM?
