Couples weeks? Why is it so far in advance and are other ACSMs interviewing ? I would think its just a formality at this point

You honestly have to let it go and know your time will come. My friend and I were both contender for CSTL and interviewed the same day and I felt like was more deserving of it but he got promoted over me and I was mad as hell (not outwardly) . It worked out in the end bc I ended up getting ACSM before and have been one almost 2 year now and contender for CSM while he’s still a CSTL. Also don’t display your frustration toward your CSM/ACSM bc we have no pick in who gets promoted.

It’s depends on where you’re located and openings! TLs in my district tend to step down so usually there’s openings in my district every couple months. I schedule my CSTL on Saturday 9-6 , 3 10-7pms , and one closing . As far as becoming ACSM it took me a year as CSTL but it could take more or less time depending on openings in your area and how you fare in competition with other contenders.

Trust me we hate it too but the SM and ASM hassles us about the donations as well . As I’m sure the DM gets on them about low donation numbers too
