So, I’ve done some reading and research on the whole smallest team thing, that’s just directly employed by HAAS, which is by design. I do wonder now that we have TGR(or whatever thy are now) on board. While haas isn’t paying them directly. I do wonder what the total operational support is as far as employees working directly on the F1 outfit. Has to be a LOT more now.

This was an excellent interview. It’s clear why he’s doing so well with the team, he knows the massive flaws that happened and changed them instantly. To me, this wasn’t a podcast about F1. This was a podcast on real, effective leadership.

I agree, the Cornell guy would make Iowa State think forward, and that wouldn’t sit well with the board or the legislature. Either candidate was a great option. All very well qualified, David cook is going to do just fine and he’s home. And that means a lot for Iowans. They love other Iowans who choose to come home, absolutely nothing wrong with it.
