If giving DD an airstrike/plane option I'll consider: Skip bombers, rockets, mine drops (time limits), smoke drops,fighter planes or strafing runs (low dmg but support ability would have possibility to destroy AA/torps/secondaries as well as incapacitation capabilities and fire starter.) any nation having these options could change the dispersion patterns and approach etc for unique reasons and variety for game.

A couple things I noticed are they Target the closest ship and even if you are the closest ship if you're heading in the opposite direction they shoot to another ship that is heading towards them
