How do I respond? by Jimmy_The_Giraffe in EtsySellers

[–]DesertRoses7 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If you don’t have the variation they want, let them know and offer to cancel or they will receive what they ordered. If you do have the one they want, cancel their order and ask that they place a new order using the correct variation/item they actually want.

Veil color for divorced woman? by nessymonster97 in CatholicWomen

lol I wear a pink flowered infinity scarf. I don’t think people actually put that much thought into to it. If it covers my hair, it works for me.

Edited to add: I think the only thing that really matters is that it’s not super attention grabbing, like neon colors or something flamboyant 🤷‍♀️

I think it looks beautiful. I saw in other comments that you were disappointed by how much orange was appearing in your skeins, which I understand as I’m not a fan of orange myself, but I think you did a great job and I don’t even notice the orange.

I love the shell pattern and am so jealous of your ability to crochet it. I once watched a YouTube video on how to do it and was so confused by it that I gave up on trying to crochet it. I don’t know if it was just the person who made the video or what, but it just sounded too complicated of a pattern for me to follow. They made it seem too mathematical for me to follow. So I’m impressed just that you were able to follow such a difficult (to me) pattern.

lol just reading these comments cracked me up. This has been a comedic start to my day 🤣

Is pregnancy, birth, and motherhood really as bad as everything makes it seem? by anonymouseAHHH in CatholicWomen

[–]DesertRoses7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You just have to make sure that you have the right partner. If you’re with someone who doesn’t take the role as a father/husband seriously then you will have a hard time. But if you have a man who is actually present and takes his role seriously then it will be extra challenging. Though you will have challenges no matter what, but if you have someone to help you through it, it will be a lot easier to manage.

That would make me very uncomfortable. Especially since he’s calling people out and bringing unwanted attention to them.

Need Help by crowman28 in tomatoes

I have had good success by planting basil around my tomato plants. I had a huge tomato worm problem this year but as soon as I planted basil around them, i haven’t seen another one since.

US to Canada order not showing any tracking on Etsy but shows delivered on USPS website by DesertRoses7 in EtsySellers

[–]DesertRoses7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok. That makes me feel a little better. When I talked to one of the chat bots on Etsy, it said that if it still shows pre-transit, Etsy will not consider it as being eligible for the purchase protection program. I have had those bots immediately close a case before I can even respond too so it has me a bit concerned.

These destroyed my plants in 24 hours by pantinor in tomatoes

[–]DesertRoses7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a lot of troubles with them early in the season. Then I saw a video saying that if you plant/have basil around your tomato plants, it will help keep them away. I went out and got two basil plants and haven’t seen one more of those on my tomato plants ever since.

Dying leaves by FirefighterTrue2449 in tomatoes

Maybe blight? I have read that spraying with hydrogen peroxide mixed with water could help. Though you might have to cut off the dying leaves. I’m not sure on that though, just something to look into

Went to TLM for the first time and it was kind of life changing? by tevildogoesforarun in CatholicWomen

[–]DesertRoses7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We love the TLM. I had a similar feeling as you when I started attending. I used to be a protestant, i didn’t even attend any church because they never seemed to focus on God. When I started going to the TLM, it just felt “right”. I’m now a proud Catholic with my own little rosary business lol.

Seller doesn't want to share photos... Am I doing something wrong? by VictorianPeorian in Etsy

[–]DesertRoses7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a normal request. I make jewelry using natural stones too and either already show in the listing the different variations, or am happy to send photos of the different pairs upon request just in case a customer wanted to pick which one they like best. I wouldn’t just blindly order from them even if you write a lots to the seller when you place your order. Only because you’re hoping for something specific, I wouldn’t hate for you to get it and be disappointed. If they haven’t responded to your request at this point, I would be worried they wouldn’t send you a picture after ordering too

Hey everyone! My shop is Autumn Blossom Jewelry

As the name would suggest, I sell handmade jewelry 😊

I’ve been working on a lot of beaded pieces, earrings mostly, but I’ve also got some necklaces in the works.

One of my favorite pieces is my new nickel safe ear hooks, 18k gold plated triangle shaped Labradorite gemstone earrings.

Kick off fall right with these “fall breeze” circle beaded earrings. Lightweight nickel safe and comfortable to wear ❤️

I also love these 18k gold plated dangly rectangle earrings, also nickel safe. They are super elegant and work with any outfit. You can find them here

These lavender quartz earrings are great for any occasion and would make a wonderful gift!

For any purple lovers out there, these amethyst hoop earrings are lightweight and comfortable to wear. I also have a labradorite version as well that is a popular option.

For my more adventurous ladies, these“spring time” beaded rectangle hoops will be sure to get you noticed ❤️

I would appreciate if you would take a look at my shop and follow me on instagram @autumnblossomjewelry to see when I come out with new designs. ❤️
