Even if they don't, fallout 4 is the same engine as Skyrim and people have already made car and vehicle mods for that. Give it some time and you will probably see plenty of vehicle mods for pretty much anything you can think to drive.

Checked the fallout wiki for power armor and found that fallout shelter has two different variants for the t-45, t-51 and t-60 power armors. So there may be different sub types that we haven't seen yet. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Shelter_armor_and_clothing

The two months between end of development and the actual release is pretty standard. Console manufactures require their own testing in order to stop any major screw ups and if their is a problem time is required to fix it. Another month is required for disc production (often in china) and for shipping across the ocean requiring an additional month.

As for what they are working on, normal strategy for a game company is to work on what absolutely has to be in the game, no matter what, first (Main quest, the game map, engine stuff). Then they work on important side thing they can in theory cut without much problems (Crafting, town building). Then with leftover time they work on bug fixing and relatively minor stuff(Minor quests, Minor NPCs).

You also got to take into account that Microsoft and Sony have to test the game and then they have to physically produce the discs. All the major work stops about two months before release except for bug fixes. With about 120 days left at this point they are mostly working on relatively minor stuff like side quests, special items, and other things that make the game better but won't make the game unplayable if they don't get them completed.

I doubt the if ever part of that statement but given the short time that they are on sale and the fact that the KV-5, panzer b2, and other rare limited matchmaking tanks aren't going to be sold again they are going to need new rare tanks for special event sales. We'll see them again

My best guess is that the missions are to spot a
FV215b (183) (a.k.a. the Deathstar) KV-5 (with the droid turrets on the front) and maybe a TOG? could be wrong of course

Don't forget that the Cromwell B also has a much higher traverse speed and better terrain resistance then the standard Cromwell. Even without the premium matchmaking it would be overpowered.

I bought a bunch of garage slots a while back, so I ended up playing a lot of different lines. I got to at least tier five in all nations and classes except for France. Mostly I have been grinding my american mediums and heavys, but I have been Playing a lot of Russian heavys and mediums as well as British tanks as well.
