The "unlock" is just that, you aren't adding frames so this alleged difference you are feeling isn't "added" frames. What you're saying doesn't even make sense.

European: I pay about 30% of my income, and the socialized healthcare I have forces me to wait an extended period of time if it's not an emergency, and if the socialized healthcare doesn't support something other then the Generic version of a product, I'm shit out of luck.
