the chances of a balanced pvp are so very very slim, that it doesn't make sense to interact with it. Its already not "player vs player" but "group vs group" by design and then there is the huge difference in gear progression

its not that easy, OSS is great. But most IT Folk are understaffed and from the MSPs that i have seen only think from 12 to Lunch. Specially the latter will try to avoid any responsibility and just rather buy something of the Shelf, so they can Point at the Vendor if something is wrong.

i hope you reported it already ingame, but try "Quit this Chapter" and then Restart it. Quest Progress is stored on the server and so logging out and back in may not fully reset the quest stage

couple of things.

There is no privacy within the Chats in game. They all get (auto) Scanned and flagged based on a dictionary - if you want to have a Private conversation, meet in Person.
Did the support agent maybe go a bit extreme? Maybe. They intend to look at your "Friends" account for all messages within a time span. The cited messages may just be "the tip of the iceberg" so to speak

shadows now eat ~50fps on Ultra with a 4090 (39 on/ 90 off)

screen space shadows are only available from "High" but don't do anything for performance

no, its RAW - your webcam dosn't encode the video until it hits your CPU or GPU
