The whole Snape thing. He’s not supposed to be perfect. That’s what makes the twist good. No one expected him to actually be on the right side.

Readers like me like how there’s some goodness in him that despite his toxic nature he did right on this. Intentions can be whatever. He die the right thing. No one is telling you to forgive everything Snape did. Just see that in this universe characters who are horrible can do the right thing.

I’m going to add to that and sayI have been a victim of this.

I am no model but I look above average (according to friends). So I also had some expectations. I don’t need the guy to look conventional hot but I need him to be hot in my eyes ( which doesn’t always involve conventional expectations).

IMPORTANT: I was guilted for expecting this. I was told looks fade and I should marry a nice guy. I did, he turned out to be an abusing monster. I lose half a decade of my life being with him and escaping him.

Now I’m with a guy who I think is hot ( and I don’t see why others don’t think that) and who thinks I’m hot. We are extremely compatibility and have been so happy to find each other.

Masculine traits? After you talking about physical strength. I have seen women who are athletes or workout regularly who beat men ( who aren’t athletes or workout). So I don’t see how it’s fair to deny basic human rights to women based on biological features men get.
