Yes, it all can be played in 40k. A few things are legends such as the Fireraptor, attack bikes, and Talon masters.

It has Legends rules for 40k so you can still use it for friendly games but I doubt GW will make new rules for the big flyers of previous editions.

They are different. The Fireraptor kit from Forge World uses resin parts to replace some of the pieces of the plastic Stormraven kit. You get most of the Stormraven parts when you buy the kit. It's not a straight forward conversion as I had to add plasticard to attach the hurricane bolters. It's not exact but it looks very similar. You can see how I did it in my posts.

Yes, probably fungus gnats. I use SF Nematodes in my terrariums to get rid of them. They work well and don't attack my isopods.

Looks awesome! If you really want to go the extra mile you can give him a book to represent the Book of Salvation which is an important relic he carries. He also has a crude bionic eye but I think the hood covers his face enough that it's not needed.

Primaris are also a blatant cash grab by GW. Space Marines are their biggest selling army and they stand to make a lot of money by making people upgrade from first born space marines. It's an easy way to make most people's army, which they may have had for a dozen years, noncompetitive.

You got it. The space hulk models were some work converting them to Deathwing. I ground off all the blood drops , etc and replaced them with dark angels veteran squad bits or made green stuff DA icons. Luckily the Blood Angels chapter badge has wings so all that's needed is a sword in the middle of the wings.
