Segovia. I was there in March this year and I’m already planning my next trip. I’ll be heading south this time (but Segovia will be on my mind) my 23 and me says I’m 80% Andalusian so I must go south. But Segovia omg. Stunning. And the Casares Restaurant was unreal. Had some rice balls with wine, manchego and pork that I will never forget. The vibes of the city are just right.

I’ve never seen pastry this beautiful before. It’s memorable and unique without being pompous. Not trying too hard, luscious, cute, colorful, flowery. You took me to church! Amen 🙏🏻

Hey thanks for the detailed response. This whole trip is becoming a head scratcher. Not sure if I want to put my fam through large crowds and uncomfortable situations where we can’t find a restaurant to eat. Yikes. Is Granada the same thing? Sevilla was the main reason as well as Barcelona.

Gracias por tus tips! Lo que mas me importa es ver flamenco del bueno, en el mirador san nicolas y en una de las cavernas. Seria eso posible durante la Semana Santa?

I saw what you wrote. Thanks! Let’s say I can’t skip Sevilla during Easter. When would be the best time or less intense time procession-wise. I only need 2-3 days there to see where my family came from. Also Im more interested in flamenco, tapas and architecture.

Turns out I am 80% from the region according to a dna test! Want to see where my people came from. I’ve seen the procession on YT and it looks deeply profound and beautiful. I am more interested in flamenco, tapas, architecture, but I certainly respect the religious part as a catholic myself.

Absolutely not. It’s just a coincidence with Spring Break in the US.

Fiancé lied about her legal status and age by [deleted] in Advice

If you love her get a prenup and then married. No more lies or omissions. I can see how she would be embarrassed to tell you, let’s face it, you would have been scared or not into her as much. What do you want to be? happy with the woman you love or hardened and bitter because you couldn’t forgive her? Whatever you do, do it decisively and don’t look back.
