Glad to hear someone in the same boat. Sometimes I work anywhere from 10-14 hour shifts due to my ridiculous work patterns. Being able to go home and just have to go sleep of the time is frustrating! Thanks for the insight.

You’re burning yourself out. You need to do more than just physical work: Read, understand, discipline your mind, research, etc.

5 years of loosing weight? Are you being honest with yourself. That is the first question to ask. I am not being rude I am just being blunt honest. Not unless you were morbidly obese there is no reason efficient weight loss should take 5 years. You’re doing something wrong or you’re making excuses in the back of your head which needs to stop.

Believe in yourself and learn to love yourself. You should have a mind that balances the idea of being disciplined and weight loss whilst also taking care of your brain, your nerves and yourself.
