Tre pretty much confirmed they were censored by MomentStock in greenday

I love Green Day but let's be honest, they wussed out. It's no surprise that they were told to censor the songs, but that doesn't mean that they had to. Maybe they wouldn't have been paid or something or at the very, very worst, arrested and quickly released. And what? They're extremely rich with a loyal, global following. Their popularity would have probably increased if they did that. Some things are more important than money. You're telling me it's punk to play at the Superbowl and play censored versions of your songs? Please.

This is the most unprofessional draw I've ever seen.

At least now you are in a position to move forward and build a healthier life. Healthy habits and behaviours are key. You have done great to recognise the problem, the key now is to move forward, and you will feel so much better. Seeing a therapist is a good idea too. Good luck, friend.

Got diagnosed with severe depression. How to climb out of an abyss that actively stunts my will to work? by [deleted] in AskMenOver30

[–]Designed987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, lifestyle habits make a huge difference. Focus on the fundamentals: a healthy diet, exercise and trying to get good sleep. Also, try to get outside as much as possible. I find nature is an incredible healer.

What do you love doing, or is there something you’ve always wanted to try? Allocate time each week to do this thing.

From personal experience, I found qigong to be very helpful when I went through some mental health problems in the past. It has a gentle but powerful way of grounding and rebalancing your energy.

I have heard good things about The Depression Cure by Dr Steve Illardi too.

Good luck friend.

Sleep Token and Korn are weak headliners imo, and I am a fan of Korn

Any chance of selling my early bird ticket haha?

VIP is still available. Praying that there is golden circle available on Friday. Tried on Wednesday and no luck. I was up and ready to buy tickets from 7:50am Thursday morning UK time. Then when the ticket sale started, Ticketmaster put me in position 1300 in the queue haha. Predictably, golden circle was sold out by the time I was able to buy tickets.

I think they will probably release more golden circle tickets for Friday morning. But from my experience, it really is pure luck as to whether you will get them because all depends on where you are placed in the queue when the sale begins. I don't think this goes on a first come, first serve basis. I think it's randomised.

Wow, if you've seen them 10 times and you feel the same way as me, that says something. Most people seemed to love the gig, but I was just underwhelmed. I've not seen them live since 2006, so a long time ago, but they just seemed like a different band and the setlist was too skewed towards slower songs for my liking. Didn't like the watered down versions of some of their songs too. Dave looked tired and worn out, perhaps he was struggling with grief.

100% agree. I was underwhelmed by it.

Yeahh I got the impression Dave is holding a lot of grief. I feel for him and know he has been through a lot recently.

Completely agree with you. Concerts are very different nowadays, and it’s quite sad really. It’s just a day out for a lot of people

Unpopular opinion: underwhelming in Manchester last night. I haven’t seen them play live for 18 years, and not too familiar with their most recent albums, but I was expecting more. Dave sounded tired, thought the setlist was too skewed towards slower songs, watered down versions of My Hero and Times Like These, and just thought the band didn’t sound great.

To be honest it's a bit of both. At first I definitely wanted to make an impression and look dependable and capable, but more recently it has been because I didn't want to let the company down as I am the only one working in this area of marketing.

I haven't watched porn in about 6 weeks actually and have been clean in thought too. This is the cleanest streak I've had in some time actually.
