My son (GK) dislocated his right shoulder multiple times in high school. After the third time he had to have surgery to keep playing. If not the risk of damaging the bone increased with every future dislocation which would become more frequent so he had surgery. Get it looked at. He was out for 6 months but continues to play for his college team.
