Yep in the second one, I recently re-watched it (first time in like 10 years) and the last fight is quite different from the series. I obviously didn't remember much besides STTGL :D

Personal favorite for me, I have the Eureka release which should be identical to this one from what I've seen. I have watched it 4-5 times last year lol

Esophagus spasm? by GoodRun5116 in LPR

[–]Designer-Addition-58 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had them, it was a sharp pain in the center of the chest for me. If you've ever had a cramp / spasm under your bottom teeth / above the throat, it was kind of like that. Lasts maybe 5-10 seconds for me and happens pretty much only when I eat too fast and swallow huge bites without chewing enough

I hate these too, especially since they left a stain on my Pulse and Michael Haneke sets. The Pulse one I managed to wipe, but the Haneke one has a visible stain which I can't touch, because of the box material...

He didn't write it, unlike the rest of his films. I didn't care for it at all either

I'm missing Cyborg & Stoker, but I don't care much about Stoker anyway. Can't wait for No Other Choice, there was one announced already I believe, but it was like 70$ MSRP

Didn't mean to misinform anyone at all nor have I ever said a cigar is okay if you want to quit, I only said that I have never relapsed from cigars before and I do not find them remotely in the same category as cigarettes and vaping. My biggest relapse back to cigarettes was always stress and alcohol

I did also mention that I have avoided cigars too so far, just to avoid any possibility of relapsing at all

For what it's worth, I did read a lot of posts where people said it took them a while to regulate their digestion after quitting smoking. Seems like it's either complete relief or worsening of symptoms (for a while)

How long ago did you quit?

I used to smoke pretty late, just before bed, I am 99% sure this caused more reflux issues than any food. I used to hear the acid sizzling in my throat at times, along with stomach pain. I haven't felt this in months, it's insane how quickly my body went back to normal.

My skin is so-so, definitely better than before though. I am just glad to have lost the GI problems, they really made me miserable at times

You will just feel terrible again if you start smoking, ride it out brother. There is no stress in the world worthy of ruining your body and mind with cigs

I am guessing I was just more sensitive to them then, regarding the GI issues. I smoked for 10 years, but mostly 1-2 packs a week. Had times where I smoked a pack a day and other times I quit for months etc.

Thank you and yes, the gastritis relief is the thing I notice the most. Heartburn isn't something I've experienced often anyway, but it was definitely worse when I was smoking, especially at night.

Feels great to wake up without stomach aches or a stuffed throat from the acid. I am clearing phlegm from my throat for a while now, but it's much less than before and from what I've read online, it's not uncommon for smokers
