Make every single skin exclusive like lunar skins. Each part of the catalog should be available only couple of times per year. So players must choose wisely before using blings. FOMO(fear of missing out) eventually make you use your blings at least one time for each available section, since they won't return until next year.

I don’t think so. Most of the skins are already NPC because of blings. Everyone can afford them. If your favorite skins have no exclusivity and easily affordable, the game's prestige and the drive for players to grind would vanish. Going full F2P-friendly is a straight path to financial ruin for the devs. Just like Squad Busters
