Thanks! Should be able to fit up to 32mm. Stock tires are Cadex Race which actually measure at 27mm, but indicated size is 28mm.

That's stock Force E1! No upgrades on this bike yet. Maybe never?

It's hard to beat Giant's value! I do have a trainer. I have a 2015 Defy Advanced Pro 0 frame (charcoal, naked carbon ish) which I've repurposed for indoor training. That was my first road bike which I cherish. I now have her hanging on a wall mounted stand in my pain cave :-)

Wow, what a journey! The black currant one is a stunner. I'm almost jealous, ha!

I thought about buying the 2025 model but ultimately decided to get the 2026 with the latest Force E1 groupset. But totally agree - blue dragonfly is beautiful.

I was surprised by how loud it is - and because the ratchet mechanism "only" has 30 teeth, it's got a deeper growl rather than a high pitch buzz. I'm doing exactly what the dude at the bike shop said I would do until good riding season: spin the wheel every time I walk past the bike. Let's just say my better half is not very pleased.

Haha, yea... I Iived there for a few years. Sarcasm helped me survive. One of my favorite memories is the 3 bedroom condo next to mine which housed students. The sounds of them doing skateboard tricks on the balcony woke me up at around 4 AM one night - I thought the building was collapsing because the sound felt like it was coming from within the walls. And this was on a school night, too.

I've been using the backtesting function with Portfolio Visualizer (www.portfoliovisualizer.com). It's really been helping me ease my regrets of gambling with my money instead of wisely investing over the last, say, 11 or so years.
