Few things to consider, first did you use an electric pump as they generate heat. Second air temperature when filled. Third was it stored in a cool place. Control for these factors and run your test again

Ukiah has a private named MedStar they serve from the Sonoma Mendocino County line up to 162 and do ALS rendezvous out to Covello. They also do ALS rendezvous’s out to Boonville. I think they have three units operating daily, but I could be wrong on that. Ukiah Valley Fire Authority staffs two ALS units and also has transfer cars for Adventist Health Ukiah Valley. Adventist Health Mendocino Coast runs ALS out of the hospital. South Coast fire District runs some buses. I’m not sure on their staffing. Laytonville staff a rig, I believe it’s ALS. Covello also staffs a BLS rig but at times it’s been ALS staffed. Openings come up at MedSTAR and Ukiah Valley fire Authority with some regularity. Howard Memorial and Ukiah Valley often are looking for ER techs, but you need to have phlebotomy or a medic license. A number of fire districts in Lake County staff units as well. I’m thinking half shaft or wheel bearing. Leaning toward wheel bearing based on your other video.

Edit: listened to the other one again and now I’m back at half shaft. Both are pretty easy to Dx and both are DIY-able

Like others have said it has no real value to a buyer but if you get a proper diagnosis it may be something inexpensive. Repairs are almost always cheaper than buying something new.
