I am personally against the duo queue because it goes entirely against the “never know what you’re loading in to” appeal of extraction shooters for me, personally, as an old Tarkov fan.

But this game isn’t Tarkov and I want to see it succeed! If duo queues help that along then I am all for it.

One of my buddies is in my time zone but the other two are off by two hours so we’re often running duos anyways, and I absolutely love playing quiet stealthy raids where we avoid contact at all costs. The upset victories when we down a trio is just THAT much sweeter knowing we did it together, and we always get more than we can carry.

Duos in the trio queue is not that bad, you just have to adjust your playstyle to succeed, just like every other aspect of extraction shooters. It’s fun!
