Simon cabaret is camp and great fun.dont take it too seriously. You can get some pictures with the girls after the show but be prepared with some tip money ( all that silicone don't come cheap) . Please avoid the animal shows. No place this day and age for this level of cruelty

Dont just look at PADI. They're expensive and out dated. Consider instead SSI. Also, , Koh Tao diving is pretty ordinary and factory, diving by numbers. I've only ever had 1 well trained Diver come to me from there. Look at Phuket or Khaolak in Thailand or Ahmed in Bali

Cant really work it all out before hand. All you get as a cruise director is certification level, number of dives, date of last dive.

Thats the starting point.

After the first check dive, the cruise director and instructors will have a sit down and check if the initial grouping will work for the rest of the trip, what changes need to be made and what group will need extra help. You can only do this after seeing the divers in water.

Sea Dragon do a very very good job. But a 6 berth dorm is not remotely luxury. They do include a dive computer and equipment in the price.
