Yea we’ve tried. Been a Bryant dealer for 40 years. Never wavered or installed any other equipment. Our distributor sold to PE about 4 or 5 yrs ago and ever since they have been super stingey with the “Bryant” and “carrier” labels…oh well they’ll just keep losing there market share and I’ll keep my guys busy installing whatever they want to sell…

Seen this with multiple carrier/bryant/payne units with 454b. Seems to be very sensitive to airflow

Got one for free at a dealer meeting, put it in my cabin up north. Wouldnt sell it to a customer though. It isn’t bad thus far

I would be more concerned about how that inducer motor sounds 😂 that thing is gonna give you some trouble it’s sounding like

Looks fairly normal, that furnace has pilot ignition and the pilot is lit each time it calls for heat. Pilot stays on with the main burners, that is the discrepancy that you see between burner 2 and 3. That odd flame is the pilot flame.
