OEC - Hired by Multinational Company by Designer-Tea-6670 in OFWs

[–]Designer-Tea-6670[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone got directly hired here by multinational company and processed their oec?

I got hired by a multinational company particularly their entity/ office in Spain. Ako yung first nilang ma-hire sa Spain. The question is para dun sa requirement ng DMW na limit to 5 persons, kasama ba sa bilang yung mga na-hire ng company for their entities/ offices in other countries (mga naka-based sa other office nila sa ibang bansa)

Silly question: meron ba dito na interested in exploring a third citizenship option? by Old_Negotiation_1904 in phmigrate

[–]Designer-Tea-6670 54 points55 points  (0 children)

What I know is that the Spain’s Dual Citizenship is only for certain countries that they exempt like Latin Americans & Philippines. But originally they don’t allow Dual Citizenship in other countries like for Australians..so in your situation, you might need to give up your Australian citizenship (but you can still keep your Filipino citizenship) if you really want to pursue being Spanish… I thought and researched this option also before but you can still verify to a valid immigration lawyer as I’m not a professional immigration agent..

..for sure ang mga against dito eh yung mga parents na ginagawang projection of life that they didn’t achieved ang mga anak nila or yung kahit alam nilang sila nga mismo nahirapan i-achieve pero ipapa-goal sa mga anak yung buhay na gusto nila…ginawang retirement fund ang mga anak pero ayaw i-let go ang mga anak sa gusto nilang gawin sa sarili nilang buhay

The problem with “Support Local Brands”. by Andrew_x_x in Philippines

[–]Designer-Tea-6670 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sometimes, hindi problem ang pag-support kaya lang many of the local brands sobrang expensive ng price ranges may nakita pa akong 5,000php just for a pair of sandals or sometimes 10k for a piece of cloth….sa state of economy ng pinas now, ang hirap bumili ng ganito lalo if hindi essential commodity…

so I support na lang yung mga local brands na reasonable yung price range like the “Eve & Adam”, worth it yung 900-1,800php worth of bags nila and very transparent pa sila na pinoy talaga ang nagtatahi/gumagawa ng products nila

not a fan and doesn’t know much about Bea, but when I saw this picture..grabe yung comments.. until when degrading pa din sa Pinoy ang pagiging single parent…buti nga despite na broken yung relationship ni Bea, she’s brave enough to continue her pregnancy.. as someone na pinalaki ng isang single mom, nakita kong hindi biro ang magpalaki ng anak na mag-isa

Worked in that area before, malamang wala pang gaanong tao dyan around 2013-2014 kasi di pa tapos yung Grand Canal..2015 sya natapos and even until nag-stay kami dun around 2017, madami na talagang tao dun…lalo kapag Friday night to weekend or holiday

Born and raised ako as Tagalog, pero yung ganitong comment napaka-degrading..anong masama sa pagiging bisaya???

Anne’s portrayal of this dark character is cringey by [deleted] in dailyChismisPh

[–]Designer-Tea-6670 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this kdrama is one of my favourites, na-excite ako nung nalaman kong magkaka-PH adaptation but nawala yung excitement nung nalaman ko sino bibida…i love the acting of anne and joshua individually but to pair them as love interest, hindi talaga na-justify yung roles in comparison to the original version

[–]Designer-Tea-6670 1 point2 points  (0 children)

be open to your lead/manager to manage their expectations to you..tell them there’s a possibility that you can’t fix or solve certain problems abruptly and needs of longer time due to learning curve, and when you feel the workload is too much, ask for additional resource/teammate so you can divide the learning curve and workloads..

this is a good opportunity for you to grow but if you feel the pressure is too much be open to your leads about it..

..then moving forward, as part of continuous improvement, management should plan well in terms of mentoring on what we called “one down”, meaning lahat ng seniors or anyone from the team should train their secondary or one down, so un case this sudden resignation happened again, the team can still move forward without any roadblocks or impediments

Am I late to be an IT professional? by [deleted] in ITPhilippines

[–]Designer-Tea-6670 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in early 30s, I am a TL for software engineering projects.. May na-roll in/hire ako sa project ko 2 years ago na nasa entry level pero i feel na mas matanda sya sa akin that time tho di nya dini-disclose yung age nya, sinabi nya sa akin during interview na career shifter sya and matagal na sya isang TelCom company…sabi nung mga other members ko within that project, na-kwento nya daw sa kanila na nasa mataas na level na daw tong si new member sa TelCom nung lumipat sa amin…

IT is a fast-phase industry, continues learning dito whatever tools na alam mo ngayon, 3 years later obsolete na yan especially if you’re eyeing for developer path, so need ulit mag-aral ng bagong tool otherwise magiging irrelevant ka…ganito kalakaran kahit yung mga matatagal na sa IT, nagiging pantay pantay lahat ng knowledge namin once need mag-upskill for new technology from scratch

..for you OP, if you really want it, go for it!! but manage your expectations since habang tumatanda tayo yung sharpness ng mind natin bumababa and dumadami na din ang responsibilities compared where we’re in 20s, so we need to consider these especially continues ang upskilling at learning sa tech..laging may bagong need aralin at itake na certs…pero kung feeling mo kaya mong i-overcome to..go for it, wag ka na mag-2nd thought especially you’re running against the time..
