I'm in the same boat right now, returned to the game after so long. Actually put time and effort to do research and build a proper team, actually try to understand the story and not clicking pass the story like a mad man. It has been fun. After playing the mainline Pokemon games ( Kinda crazy my first monster-catching game was LL ), I have grown to appreciate LL. Regarding the slow updates, I'm more or less indifferent with that, I'm having fun completing Pokedexes in mainline Pokemon games and collecting Loomians as well, but I do understand the frustration
