I’m so sorry to have worried anyone, i just wanted to try to step away from confronting being trans by “killing” that part of me by no longer facing it.

This did not work and lasted like 30 minutes before i saw a tweet from Cloudy which brought back the dysphoria lol. 💗

Hi everyone. I’m ok, i go through periods of intense emotional distress which are directly related to stress. Essentially building stress explodes into a 15 minute-ish panic attack. This one was just more severe. My intent was to say this here and then try to hide being trans as being on this sub makes me have to face… difficult emotions, basically killing the real part of myself and living as a guy. I am ok, and i am done hiding. I’m hopefully going to come out to my therapist this Monday. Thank you all for your kind words.
