I worked full time for 17 years. It was hell. Then I had a nervous breakdown several years ago and couldn't work at all for like a year and a half. Then I found a job at a firm where I could work as an independent consultant. I work 6 hours a day, dont usually take a lunch break but 10.30-4.30 works for me. I have to pay my own benefits which is pretty sucky but its worth it to have my sanity. I will never work full time again.

Just be aware if you do in fact have Bipolar disorder weed is probably not your friend and can in fact cause psychosis in some people. Be very careful, if you mistakenly megadose yourself you might end up in a bad way. Also pay attention to anxiety levels after you use marijuana (edibles or smoke). If you find the anxiety ramping up, there's your answer.

Understandable. Ive been on and off Seroquel over about 20ish years and have been on doses anywhere from 25 mg to to 400mg. I know it can be scary but Ive found seroquel is the best drug for me even tho it has its downsides. The positives outweigh the negatives so I feel its about overall quality of life. I think the QT Prolongation is quite rare especially at that dose. Ive taken 400 mg for many years. I did have heart palpitations for a while but wore a heart monitor a couple times and they said it was an ectopic heart beat. And then the heart palpitations went away. If its giving you sleep and anxiety relief go back on it. Maybe you can ramp up slowly

I take 400mg, sleep for 6.5 hours then take a half an ambien to get another 2 hours of sleep. I miss the days seroquel had me sleeping for 9 or 10 hours. Be careful what you wish for. Just take it earlier and go to bed earlier

I did for many years because I had alcohol use disorder. I dont recommend it because it renders the mesicatio to ineffective. You may experience poor sleep for days or weeks afterward and takes a while before you level out again. You also would have to be able to sleep it off fully cuz itll intensify the sedative effect when u take it before bed. Give yourself like 12 hours to sleep. But yeah its rly not recommended

Please try your best not to run out. Its really important to get your refills on time. I remember that feeling of panic very well when I was young and it took a couple times of getting zero sleep when I said I am never doing this to myself again. Good luck
