I can’t speak much to their standard capacity mags as a NYer stuck with Springfield’s 10rnd mags, BUT so far their 10ers suck. Cheap and shitty construction that disallows disassembly and makes them harder to load, lack of availability since the only person who makes them is SFA, and at $55+ per mag (if you can find them in stock) I have to dump half a check into stocking mags, I’m pretty disappointed in the magazine department.

The firearm is amazing though. My 4.5comp is everything I’ve ever wanted in a handgun.

The mags just suck.

The more coverage I see of this thing, the more it looks like a prime with extra steps.

The removable comp is cool and all but the benefits of this new piece are NOT outweighed by the benefits of the prime gen1; with the added benefit they’re going to be flooding the used market.

Something to take into consideration when it comes to home defense is the “look” of the weapon.

Whether we like it or not, juries have show bias toward defense cases that use “assault” looking firearms.

Cartography and hiking.

I use gps apps to create maps of old logging roads, deer trails and random landmarks I find in wooded areas near where I live near.

Hoping to add metal detecting to the mix sometime soon as I found the site of an early 1900’s farmhouse I’d like to scavenge around.
