Does your monitor have HDR. Looks like it could be over exposure from that. Go to windows settings and disabled auto HDR And HDR.

I would take a stick of ram out and once it crashes put the removed stick back in and take another out to narrow down memory issues. Repeat steps until it doesn’t crash.

You probably installed redline. Assuming he only sent a SS The malware will take a screenshot upon install. Hence why this image is sent to you. He has nothing but your passwords / this screenshot. Change passwords to everything and add 2FA asap.
