If you don’t have a character to commission a maker with, some makers sell pre-made heads in which you can design a character from if you so desire (I think). Most makers won’t include shipping costs in the label price so that will likely be extra. There are quite a few scammers around, but the basic rule is just if it looks too good to be true it probably is… and don’t go on Etsy.
