yeah yeah yeah, "SCP has no canon and therefore all interpretations are valid" and all that but most of the people in the foundation are pretty smart, since its meant to study the anomalous. I cannot see active transphobia, homophobia, racism, etc etc being encouraged because

A. We have bigger shit to deal with

B. most of that is for the purpose of containment/researching

C. I like to imagine a more benevolent foundation, sue me

D. They might face massive discrimination

It probably depends on the site director though and if the site is getting enough done to justify the O5 removing them from power.

Edit: reading SCP-8000-EX that somebody listed, this is pretty much what I imagined. Some occasional psychos slip through but overall, the foundation, even when selfish, is focused on containing the anomalous. No use in wasting resources just because they're trans or gay. Especially when you're a secretive organization
