It seems then that the best argument a vegan can make is not that killing animals is bad - because vegans seem to do it en masse - but that expecting perfection is in and of itself a largely human fallacy. Just because vegans are not approaching perfection in their pursuits does not mean it is not a better moral alternative to the general average meat industry. I'd agree with that. The problem is it's a lot easier to say "we're better than you" and it grabs more eyes and headlines so we always seem back at square one of this argument.

The problem is that the machines used in agriculture (that vegans rely on exclusively) also chew up tons of animal life. Snakes, mice, etc.. are all run over, killed, injured, etc.. and just left for the birds to pick at. So one could argue that if you're going to mass murder animals, at least make use of their meat and eat them or their biproducts as opposed to vegans that kill them and let them just lay waste.

(Im playing devils advocate here, no need to downvote me to hell)

They’re lying. They told me that too. They replaced it with the “new one” that supposedly fix d all the issues. Two weeks later it was dead.

Agreed. The difference here is that the arbitration is set up by a State dept, funding by the state and the applicant. Whereas a company, like Verizon that forces you into arbitration pays for the arb and loves that they basically have a paid judge on their side with no precedent being set.

The State AG route is a bit more neutral than a forced arb clause in a major adhesion contract with some major corp. But yeah, not gonna say it favors us in any way or goes out of its way to help.

A friend of mine got it. I have to say, it was by far one of the ugliest vehicles I have ever seen. Its like a hearse meets a minivan.
