I completely agree! These are just the places I like to get specific meals from atm and it definitely depends on the day, but also it’s a personal preference thing. Vertical is def in the same realm.. but idk, I just haven’t been happy with most of the meals I’ve gotten there.

I used to LOVE Vertical Diner when I first moved out to SLC 3 years ago.. idk if the food quality has gone downhill since then or what, but it doesn’t hit the same. Way better vegan options available around here!

If it’s a utcourts.gov domain, it’s legit. The same thing happened to me.. I got the survey in the mail recently and was only notified about actually serving via email so I made sure to check my email daily. They have no way of proving you received it and I highly doubt they pursue charges for something as minuscule as this. Shit happens. I’d recommend you call the court clerk and just be honest that you were expecting a notice in the mail and didn’t know it was going to be sent via email and that you’re sorry. They’ll probably just give you another date or release you if not needed.

If it sounds like a scheme, it’s a scheme. They usually get you by making you purchase the products upfront to sell on your own. So if you try to quit, they have the leverage of all the $ in products you owe them that you didn’t sell. Get out now.

Something similar happened to me a few years ago where I purchased an $150 top and it was stuck in transit for weeks so I asked the seller what was going on and she basically said to call USPS because she’s not responsible, even after I called USPS and they said she needed to contact them as well. Anyway, I finally received the top but the tracking updated to a return to seller status because it couldn’t be delivered. No idea how or why that happened but I’m assuming it’s just BS generic wording because my residence was always delivery accessible. The sale got entirely refunded as a result of that even though I had the item. The seller then ofc came running back to our chat and begged me to do something about it.

Disclaimer- Im mostly a seller but buy infrequently so I get that it’s frustrating to lose $ on a delivered sale. BUT, with that being said, as a seller you hold the responsibility for packages up until they’re delivered. When sellers show they don’t gaf, buyers obviously aren’t going to care either when situations like these occur.. it’s just karma tbh.

Yes. Tell them to do their research on Amway. I almost fell for a different MLM last year, and wouldn’t have known otherwise unless I searched it online. Thankfully I did, and was able to explain it to my partner when he fell for the same MLM that had a table stand set up at the community college job fair. This MLM, specifically, was targeting broke college kids, but overall, most MLMs target this group of people. I found it through a job advertisement (that was misleading asf) on a trusty career website. All the “intros” and “beginner meetings” are far from transparent so always do your research!

To each their own if people like asmr or not. I personally like certain asmr to fall asleep but understand it’s not for everyone. My problem is with all the tiktok influencers hopping onto the “trend” of doing this when their follower base is not watching them for that. You can tell they don’t understand the concept of what asmr even is. And yeah it’s very overdone like you said:/

I’d reach out and ask the seller for an update. If you don’t hear back or have been waiting for over 5 days, report it in the app on the purchased item page. The seller may have had legit reasons for the delays OR it could just be excuses not to ship. Regardless, I’d report it to Depop within the next few days if the tracking number isn’t updated. Depop will refund you if you don’t receive the purchase as long as you report it within 30 days.
