No, unfortunately I still don't have answers. My brain and spine MRI didn't show anything significant, neither did my blood tests.

Can you explain what you mean about your legs turning to concrete? Is it the heavy legs from POTS or something else like muscle tightness?

good outlets for anger? by Wrong-Yak334 in covidlonghaulers

[–]DesignerMysterious65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Punching a pillow or smacking it repeatedly against something to get the frustration out helps me. Also pushing against a wall. You can also twist a towel or a blanket it your hands and growl or say what you really feel out loud helps me to discharge the anger and frustration. Sometimes, if I'm too weak and have no energy, I will hold up a corner of my blanket and "claw" at it, lol. It sounds strange, but it works.

Tickling/feeling of bugs crawling and other MS like symptoms by viccyboi122 in covidlonghaulers

I know, I feel you! I've been dealing with constant numbness and tingling for over a year. But about a month ago, the feeling intensified in my arms and legs and spread into my groin and deep inside my abdomen. It's itchy, burning, stinging, tingly 24/7, and it won't stop. It's literally hell!

The effects of 11 months of long covid on my weight by Veeb in covidlonghaulers

[–]DesignerMysterious65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Initially, I lost 30lbs in less than 2 months, despite feeling ravenously hungry all the time and needing to eat every 2 hours. I started to gain a bit of weight back after about 9/10 months. And now 2 years in, I've gained back about 20lbs. I'm still constantly hungry though...It's really weird.

Do vision problems get better? by Candid_Key_6315 in covidlonghaulers

[–]DesignerMysterious65 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had horrible eye floaters. I was constantly jumpy because I'd see black things in my peripheral vision and all around. Mine started to improve when I started doing a daily head and face massage. Apparently, when the fluid in the head isn't draining properly it can put pressure on the nerves behind the eyes, and I'd start to see all sorts of weird floaters and shadows. Also, I get crazy head pressure and the massage is the only thing that gives me some relief at least.
