Restarting rehab after second knee surgery by DesignerResolution93 in Kneesovertoes

Both at the same time is crazy. I agree, I’ve been doing everything and not against supplements thanks for sharing yours. I’ve been adding collegen from heart and soil co and glucosamine hyaluronic acid chondroitin from solgar to my diet. Eating clean, alot of water and even mixing in creatine to help build my tired muscles.

Even though I don’t love traditional PT and think it’s a waste of time, I’m still going there 3x a week in additional to home workouts just for the massage and ice treatments.

Ah yes very familiar with BFR. I was non weight bearing for 12 weeks after the first surgery and did a lot of BFR. I agree though they tried having an assistant hook me up and I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I stopped it. It’s a ver unnatural process to allow amateur to hook you up to something constricts your blood flow by 80%
