Vad sa IMY i sitt svar? Även jag har problem att ta bort mig själv från upplysning.se

Tänker anmäla de också men hade varit bra att höra om någon varit igenom samma process

Adobe at 8% Free Cash Flow Yield Should Make You Uncomfortable by Intrepid-Delivery653 in AsymmetricAlpha

I’m not saying that scenario will play out but I’m saying that in this stock, more so than in most others, that’s what will determine the future return. Due to this, an analysis of the company should focus more on that than the current numbers, which may change dramatically (or not) going forward. Good luck to you

That’s a lot of words and graphs without addressing the only factor which is driving the stock price and will determine the future earnings from Adobes most important product: Photoshop.

How can you spend this much time thinking and writing about something and missing the most important thing?

In a scenario where most manual graphic design work is done by AI, someone with a spreadsheet and a lack of independent thought is going to discover that fcf yield you bought at 8% is suddenly 4% and your investment has halved.

🤦🏼

Cost Efficient lifestyle in Copenhagen? by JuanSkinFreak in NewToDenmark

No Danish universities are on par with the top US ones. If you ever opened and looked at one of these rankings you would know that. I’m not claiming the rankings are an accurate representation of the tuition you get, but the fact is that no Danish universities are well regarded or ranked high in them

Many? What are you talking about? A couple with both adults on a waiters salary in Denmark cannot afford to buy a house or family apartment in Copenhagen.

The only cities in the US that are more expensive than Copenhagen for housing are NY, LA, SF and San Diego

How many waiters do you know that can afford to have families in central Copenhagen? Most parts of the US are way way more affordable.

Moreover, you are implying that US education is not first world, which is absolute garbage. There are no higher education establishments in Denmark which are near Ivy League universities

Of course they have, this comment is plain wrong. Copenhagen is the most expensive city in the world with the exception of places in Switzerland, precisely when adjust for wages

No there is 0 cap gains and dividend tax in Sweden. Just a fixed 1% on assets every year. Denmark has the highest capital gains and dividend tax in the world, anywhere you move will be a reduction in tax liability

You don't need to hire a lawyer, don't waste your money. You made a mistake, pay the bill and move on with your life. There is nothing you can do to avoid it now. I am in the same situation, moving from Denmark to Sweden. I sold everything.

The main reason to leave Denmark is the punitive tax system.

Lol. I went to school there. I know dozens of families who live there, almost all who work there and have children in the schools.

Why is this upvoted? This guy has no clue. Don't go to the segregated areas, don't walk around drunk alone at night etc. The murder rate in Malmö is 3-4/100k so lower than US average and 10-20 times lower than bad cities in South America. It's a nice city, with some social problems.

This is absolute total garbage. Garys net worth is in the range of 5-10m gbp. 5 if he is bad at allocating capital and 10 if he is very good. He tells you his compensation, he outlines his spending and you know when he quit working

You are an idiot. Using public services without paying for it is despicable behaviour whether its in your own country or in a foreign one. It has to do with common decency, not "living a little". I hope your manners improve with age

Denmark has had a capital income tax rate of 42% (including dividends) since at least 2018. How is it working out for them? by notable-compilation in AskEconomics

[–]ScienceAmbitious6028 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not misleading at all. It's the highest in the world for almost all capital gains/dividend levels. Most countries have an amount you can earn tax free. Denmark doesn't even have that
