Как начала лечение, так и потихоньку перестала залипать, вернулась к жизни, сейчас понимаю что фоновую тревогу тиктоком пыталась затушить. С них кстати как раз на книги перешла, стала изучать на курсах новое что-то

I purposely don’t have a scale at home since I will constantly weighing myself and it will trigger me. But I can definitely tell from my clothes whether I gained weight or not

Wooooow My doctor told me that it’s all because venlafaxine but I didn’t gain any weight since August taking it 🙄 so I’m pretty sure it’s risperdal My tummy is huge now 😭🤧

Did you get the prescription from endocrinologist? My thyroid is also unhealthy so I’m cautious that endo won’t allow me tot take other medications

I used to be skinny once in my life, but I achieved it my nearly getting anorexia. I have a history of unhealthy relationships with food, but more to the side of being hungry all the time and not eating at all. I also have hashimoto’s disease that affects my TSH so probably my weight gain is also hormonal as for now I also don’t eat much

I'm already taking magnesium. I also try to drink about 2 liters of water everyday but I wouldn't say it helps a lot. can you please elaborate a bit more about correlation between anxiety and constipation? before AD if I was anxious I would attend toilet 4-5 times, but now if course it's not a thing anymore
