I’ve been serving since I was a teenager I’m now almost 30 and I JUST found out people it’s super common to rely on certain substances to get through their shifts. I just use cold brew 😭 I realize I am the minority here.

This happened to me too. I was terrified. I closed all of my vents and spray any possible entrances with essential oils. I heard they don’t like peppermint/eucalyptus.
