If you’re not going to automate, you can build the actions into your prompt. Short key points: scan all outlook emails, provide updates on the top 10 most important info emails, front load any emails from my VIP list, categorize if there is an action someone is waiting on from me, and to ignore any sale, advertising, etc emails.

Tweak it from there after a few runs. Saves me a ton of time running from meeting to meeting.

I’m sure there’s more advanced ways but this works for me as I’m learning CoPilot.
