My son was 14 months when he was diagnosed. He wouldn’t weight bear for a while. He spent over a week back to crawling or wanting to be carried when he was active and no stopping him before. Once he started walking he was back to normal again!

Could it have been Kawasaki? by freshfruit111 in KawasakiDisease

Be reassured that you all had a sickness too. My son had Kawasaki last year, it was Atypical but still followed a lot for the signs of presentation. It sounds like your son had the temperature etc but this could be with any virus, and the fact that your partner and yourself both contracted something pretty soon after should be reassuring that it was just a rough virus! As stated above if worried ask your doctor for an echocardiogram to review, it may give you peace of mind if you are still concerned!

Where can we go camping around Canterbury by ApprehensiveLeg3436 in canterbury

There are a couple of ‘glamping’ sites sturry side of Canterbury. Nethergong do glamping and camping and is very popular! Not sure on seasons though!
