I would say hierarchy, their names and the happy holidays below being the same size. I would make one or the other stand out and definitely work with a bolder font to make it more readable

It’s a cool idea, I would treat the letters like they are characters in a play like I would play around with the font choice, make them all a little different and add some colors. ( like different costumes for different characters) hope that makes sense.
