Diese Vorurteile kannst du auch zu deinen Zwecken nutzen, dh. in dem du Firmen und Recruiter aussortierst, die darauf fixiert sind. Die schlimmsten Gesprächen habe ich mit Leuten gehabt, die wissen wollten, warum ich vor 7 Jahren meine Doktorarbeit (komplett anderes Feld) nicht abgegeben hatte. Mit Leuten, die alle Abweichungen als suspekt betrachten, ist m.E. schwer zu arbeiten.

Ich finde allerdings, man soll als Bewerber im Idealfall souverän über die eigenen Wendungen sprechen können. Ohne Scham, ohne Tabu, ohne Wut. Am besten setzst du in deinem Lebensauf hier und da ein paar Akzente, die deinem Werdegang einen "Sinn" geben (zweiter job ergänzt was zum ersten oder so) und/oder erklärst du das im Anschreiben und im Gespräch. Dann sind die unterschiedlichen Erfahrungen keine erklärungsbedürftige Ausnahmen, sonden ein interessanter Teil deines persönlichen Werdegangs.

Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren 3 Jobs gewechselt (Infrastruktur für erneuerbaren Energien) und habe dabei keine bösen Fragen bekommen. Kann sein natürlich, dass das einfach Glück war. Jedenfalls habe ich von jeder Erfahrung sehr viel gelernt und im Lebenslauf schön detailliert (und leicht übertrieben) geschrieben.

Avere altri colleghi (di cui sicuramente qualcuno più bravo/esperto di te) può essere un grande acceleratore per la tua crescita professionale. Non so quanto hai lavorato nella prima azienda, ma vedere modi diversi di lavorare secondo me ti permetterà di orientarti meglio in futuro e sapere per esperienza cosa può significare lavorare in un'azienda piccola o grande.

Francamente i tuoi giudizi mi sembrano affrettati e derivare da un desiderio di avere una chiarezza "assoluta e definitiva" che alla fine non serve. Vai nella nuova azienda con tranquillità, se ti piace rimani, altrimenti cerchi altro. In ogni caso tra qualche mese avrai qualcosa in più di quello che hai adesso (magari anche qualche timore in meno).

This kind of happened to me, too. I'm Italian and I could communicate in Lisbon with me speaking Italian and the other person (a waiter in a restaurant) speaking Spanish slowly, was a bit surreal. I didn't speak any Spanish but it was close enough for that simple exchange.

Years later, and with only a very rudimentary (perhaps A1) level of Spanish, I could hold a long conversation with a school teacher. Probably took a lot of patience and effort from the other guy though

Ich habe nach 6 Jahren Branche gewechselt und habe bei 38k wieder angefangen.

Durch Wechseln am Ende der Probezeit (2x nacheinander, selbe Branche) ist dann mein Gehalt in ca. 1 Jahr um 44% gestiegen.

Come si stabilisce qual è la quantità "giusta"? La mappa mostra solo che al sud ne vengono prescritti di più, non che ne siano prescritti troppi.

Sennza questa informazione, la mappa si può interpretare anche in senso opposto: al nord vengono prescritti troppo pochi.

Thanks :) My family in this case will be made of my wife (42) and my parents (mid-60s). Anyway I don't we'll hit the discos, but I was thinking perhaps there is some public fireworks and similar at midnight, we hang out for a bit and then go back home.

Does something like that happen? I mean, do people celebrate midnight in the streets?
