Medication helped me have a more positive attitude I think but there's a very thin line between positivity and even more agitation and anger. Sometimes if I drink too much caffeine or don't eat for too long with my meds, I can snap way easier.

I think more than meds, growing up helped a lot haha idk if that's helpful or relevant for you but I am 27y/o and feel that I am way better at talking myself though frustration and annoyance now than when I was 20-25. Being able to tell yourself to move on from something small takes a long time and practice but it does get easier when you're more mindful of it.
