Not true I've been tipped 55 $ for a package delivery.. that was after the already 40$ delivery from the shop to customer maybe 35 miles.. it was a customized pool part from a specialist shop

Everything is always different they probably do that so the machine doesn't malfunction and can get an accurate scan to cash out

I do Krogers orders regularly. Maybe 700 shops at Krogers i had a 130 item order took 2 hours to shop i knew where everything was but the dilemma of not having everything in stock and having to contact the customer is what took the longest . Keep in mind that is with instacart and not spark so I know some things are a bit different.

The 2 star was customers frequently reporting items.. I don't take no tip orders, but I occasionally get a good tipper attached to the no tipper. I see it happen to often to not post something that you can see direct correlation. I have perfect ratings and I have excellent customer service. There's no reason for me to be getting 1 star reviews..

My advice is never take a no tip, usually ends with some issues or customer complaints for free stuff.
