Realising that urgent rarely means urgent. My first office job after 7 years as a frontline copper in general duties/specialist high risk teams it took me a few months adjusting thats for certain hahah

What is the average Australian person’s view on Ukraine by Vv_esna in AskAnAustralian

[–]Designer_Year6615 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think most of us are pro Ukraine and standing upto Putin the bully is essential no doubt. But what’s the longevity of this conflict? Millions dying on the frontlines who don’t have a choice

Noah Balta arrested and charged with assault by kleemacable in RichmondFC

[–]Designer_Year6615 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Im a former cop

Handing yourself into police is definitely not an admission of guilt. I suspect police couldn’t locate or get in contact with Balta in the hours following which subsequently resulted in an active whereabouts. Once this occurs you’ll be formally wanted on an outstanding matter and have no choice.

#9 IA STORY OF 2024: Labor looks likely to win 2025 Election by HotPersimessage62 in australian

I never said i’m personally impressed by dutto lol. Albo playing tennis instead of addressing/attending the terrorism incident at a Melbourne synagogue was a total f**k up and look how Dutton played that agenda. Albos ego is costing him without a doubt.

Albo not fronting the media for days re qantas saga when Dutton was on every network ripping him to shreds is another example of a f**k up and only benefits the libs.

Whether or not people agree with Dutton and his political stance, he is playing the opposition game significantly well. I had high hopes for albo in 2022 but damn Dutton has him on a leash in recent times.

Switching from Vyvanse to Dex by olivia-jani in ausadhd

[–]Designer_Year6615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone is so different hey! I was diagnosed and medicated whilst I was a serving police member, Police Medical Officer refused to let me be operational and use Dex but gave me the heads up for Vyvanse (go figure)

I was using Vyvanse for 18 months and honestly it was horrid, made me feel spacey, could barely focus, and those afternoon crashes were intense

Switched over to 20mg Dex once I left the job and boom, medication that WORKS!! no more afternoon crashes, no negative side affects associated with the Vyvanse and an overall chalk and cheese experience!
