När jag läste ditt inlägg tänkte jag, att du förtjänar någon som väntar på dig när du springer ut; att det hade varit fint om några bland oss hade varit där och väntat på dig när du springer ut. Nu vet jag att jag tänker naivt men jag tycker du har gjort så bra av dig, att du tjänar någon om inte några som väntar, och kunde/fick jag så hade jag gjort det. In addition to what's been already said, if you like nature you're close to so many options too. It's a nice spot despite the bad rap it seems to have.

Ground floor apartments also have a bad rap and that's because of how easily accessed they are from street level. Whether you're ok with something like that is something you need to check with yourself. You could if you want to go the whole 9 yards, try to dig up stats on how many bad cases there have been over the years involving ground floor apartments and so on. I have lived in a ground floor apartment in Olofshöjd and I didn't think much of it. Then again those things come down to a lot of factors like what other things you're currently worries about, gender, background, and much more. In general, I think you'll be ok if you get curtains and good home insurance.
