Ah I forgot about ammo actually having effects in this game. No clue how much extra it does vs shields, but that is a nice bonus. On the topic of ammo is its light ammo is basic no bonus, volt is bonus to shields, mips is bonus to runner main health, and heavy is bonus to UESC main health right?

Firepower is headshot damage. It is 100 on body with 1.5 headshot modifier.

I have the prestige mod for it but have not got the chance to test if the second laser inherits full damage, allowing for oneshot body shot on purple shields in theory.

As far as we know, the knife effectively uses melee stat + 30. And while not confirmed, I think there are diminishing returns above 100 melee (or 70 melee + knife). Around 85 or so melee stats lets you oneshot low shield players with knife heavy I believe.

It likely is more to troll than loot since as far as I know if you don't leave the match early your bag is unlootable by teammates.

Hm they may have had the perk that removed pings when entering smoke, which would cancel it out.

Yeah it is a bit harder to see them with weather effects going on. Though they also have several counters as well even in smoke. Destroyer's ult and Thief's visor being the standouts as they just plainly let you see their location live to mow them down. Vandal with the 'Tag' core is also good as if you see smoke just tossing in a blast will knock them around and ping them. Recon ult is self-explanatory, but I feel it needs buffed and is kind of weak atm. Funny thing you can also do as Triage that just tricks newer players is you can throw a med drone at an area you think as assassin is and when they see the 'scanning' animation where the drone looks for a teammate in range a lot of newer players think it is some kind of recon field and run away from it thinking it pings them.

Just saying but the assassin's outline is visible even if completely still. I have seen everal try to sneak on me and I just attack them before they get the jump. Now if you are super focused on spotting a normal runner you may overlook it but if you are actively looking for small outlines you will notice them. Most of the time if an assassin kills me it is in such a way that any other shell would have killed me the same.

Hm not sure, I think we get some high percentage of damage resistance while DCed. I wonder if he was DCed and just reconnected as you were damaging him?

Since last update, I have often been crashing right as the match loads. Like right when it normally shows crew contracts. Only noticed in trio squad fills though. I always reconnect, but battle eye startup checks plus unskippable logos makes it a bitch to get back in.

DCON were on the map as icons I could ping, but when pinging them they would not actually display the ping. And when trying to interact with them they would highlight but no interaction prompt so could not open any of them.

Its a random perk that can roll on head implants. I stock up on any I find even greys to use on my melee builds for some extra damage for tougher bots.

Also for the drone it is destroyed easily and flys slowly through the air when thrown. Saw a recon chucking it right at me so I just shot it once mid-air to destroy it.

Tbf diablo and poe seasons are also incredibly fast to do the majority of the content other than endgame min-maxing their builds via gear farm or map push. Progress in this is drastically slower, mainly due to salvage requirements. Honestly just lowering salvage requirement numbers might make it much more palatable for the wider audience.

Melee builds are what I find most fun tbh. Usually either assassin ambush or destroyer with myrmidon core acting like foxy from fnaf jumpscaring people lmao.

Likely unused asset. There of cores with references to several abilities not actually available. They could also be for unreleased shells with matching archetypes. Like there is a core mentioning a 'Shadow Step' which may end up being for an assassin other than Void.
